How does she stay in that position?
I think I would a) fall over b) pass out c) get calf ache d) not think about anything other than how useless the Top is.
A girl needs to be able to relax and focus on what is happening. She needs support and a bit of thought put into how she feels.
I can see where this Top is going but I worry she might fall off or drown in the cushion of that chair.
I have used this picture before but it is so good for showing an excellent position that I have no shame about using it again.
This is total support and I feel for this girl. All she can focus on is what is about to happen to her poor bum. I don’t like to think about that so I will move on at a gallop.
This is a small picture because it is so wrong.

I love kittens and puppies. Also bunnies. And that is all I have to say about anything. (shudder)
Poppy, puppies are almost always calming, I’m a bit concerned about the kitten, will it be able to get out, it will probably have to be rescued.
The cane may be necessary on occasion, but thought and accuracy are essential.

Paul, you always say the nicest things. Of course you would use thought and accuracy. That comment is almost as nice as puppies. Not quite, but almost.
Truth be told, that first position (bending all the way over and touching toes/ankles) is a hard limit for me. It stretches the skin SO taut that the cane strikes are agony. I mean, it should hurt, but come on, does it really need to be that excruciating?? Plus, it makes my back hurt.
I’m with you — make the rest of the body comfortable, so you can focus on absorbing the backside pain. It’s only fair.
Personally the only position to receive the cane is bending over but I have to agree with Erica, touching toes like that makes the skin far too taut, not a good.

Being in line for a SEVERE reckoning today (no canes Sir doesn’t use them)the kitty made me laugh. Hope I can think of said kitten during said reckoning.

Ronnie, I agree about bending over which is why I think it should be over a table (like the “schoolgirl”.) I am most glad that you enjoyed the cat. We should thank Maria for inspiring it.

I think if one is stretched and pulled and aching that a foul mood ensues and no amount of spanking can sort it out. Back ache is so not sexy.

I would be afraid for your safety in that first position as well, Poppy. The dining table is so much more suitable, as you said. Although the girl on the bed looks rather comfortable, for the moment at any rate.
Excellent subject matter! The third picture, however, necessitates some words of caution. The cane gets too close to the tailbone — and a broken tailbone won’t heal. Positions in which it’s easier to aim for the lower half of the buttocks are much, much safer. Including the one position you consider “so wrong”
Though I can see why you would feel that way, it’s an exquisite position for chastising an unruly girl. And no risk of hitting her tailbone…
