Paul is right, Poppy – 'obedience challenged' just doesn't fall trippingly from the tongue like, say, 'obstinate.'

Devlin is right. You need a single word. Not a verbose mouthful. May I suggest "independent", as in "I want you over my knee right now, you "independent" girl!". Of course, independence is in the mind of the beholder, or not!
I think if we're looking for a single word, "angel" works.
No matter what you call it, you still get a spanking, or shall we say encouragement to obey.
